Based on 25 years of leading practice, the Investors in People Standard is underpinned by a rigorous assessment methodology and a framework which reflects the very latest workplace trends, essential skills and effective structures required to outperform in any industry or setting.
The Investors in People framework provides 27 scales for comparison. Using online assessment data, the scheme compares year on year, to ensure the establishment has a clear benchmark for performance and continuous improvement.
We have held the Gold standard award since our very first assessment in 1999. However, each review introduces more stringent standards and this year, in particular, was especially rigorous. We are, therefore, very proud to announce that we continue to meet the Gold Standard Award.
