Lightwater Valley Trip
14th June 2017
A reward trip funded by Mirfield and Cleckheaton Rotary Clubs
Kids Out, Adults out, Fun In!!!
Twenty two students were treat to a fantastic day out at Lightwater Valley. The students were chosen to go as a reward for having received the most DoJo’s in their class over the whole year. These are the students who continually try hard to listen when another person is speaking, use their manners and talk pleasantly to others, keep themselves and others safe and always try to do their work however hard it may seem.
We split up into groups so that some could ride the thrill seeking rollercoasters while some of us could sample the more sedate rides around.
Getting Soaked on the Water Rides
Sue Charlesworth from the Rotary found the Rapids Ride was a good way to cool off! Whereas, Ameena decided not to take any chances! We have some very clever students!
Treats and eats! Well, it was like a holiday!
Homeward Bound! Shshshshsh!! Thank you Rotarians!
